Order your traditional, handcrafted artisan Cake, before 15th November
Allergies? No problem!
This is your Christmas Cake, your way!
What is so special about our Christmas Cakes?
All are handmade using fresh, locally sourced ingredients where possible and sustainable packaging.
The Fruit is soaked in Brandy (or fresh Orange Juice) for several weeks prior to Baking, and then fed with Brandy (or Orange Juice) until the middle of December, before being covered in Marzipan, and then Fondant. This produces a lovely mature, but light Christmas Cake. Your Cake will then be decorated and finished in a beautiful rustic style.
Why do I need to order so early?
The earlier you order, the more mature your Christmas Cake will be. The fruit will be soaked as soon as your order is confirmed. Please order before 15th November for a flavoursome Cake.
Each Cake will be placed onto a Cake Board, edged with festive ribbon, and placed inside a festive Cake Box. (The 3" Cake will be placed into a kraft style box with a clear window).
Choose from three sizes:
3" Cake - gives 4 slices. perfect for Hampers, Stocking Fillers, Secret Santa Gifts or Gifts for those who are hard to buy for
