Q.      HOW DO I ORDER A CAKE?

There are two ways at present that you can order Cakes, Cupcakes, or Luxury Treat Boxes:

     and complete your details and requirements. Please give as much information as possible 
  • Send me an email me: nicola@cake-tastic-worcestershire.co.uk - give me the date of the event, your requirements and your contact detalils and I will be in touch
  • Online Webshop - Brownies, Blondies, Cream Tea Boxes and Cupcakes can be ordered via the 'Shop' section of my website

Q.     HOW MUCH NOTICE DO YOU NEED TO ORDER A CAKE?

Please give me as much notice as possible

I can take orders up to 12 months in advance. To reserve your date, just get in touch, pay a £20 deposit and then your date is reserved for me to make your Cake. Then we can finalise the design 6-8 weeks before the Event.

I do very occasionally have last minute availability, so it is always worth asking! But to avoid disappointment, please book a minimum of 4 weeks in advance.

Q.      I WANT SOMETHING REALLY UNIQUE/PERSONAL CREATING, HOW CAN I DO THIS?

That's great! I create bespoke Cakes, Cupcakes and Treat Boxes, so no idea/design is too unusual!

Get in touch via email, or my website. Tell me your theme, your budget and share ideas/pictures and I'll be in touch with some design options and prices.

Q.     I / MY FAMILY HAVE ALLERGIES, CAN I ORDER A CAKE?

My belief is that everyone should be able to enjoy beautiful tasting cake, so let me help!

Gluten-Free, Nut-Free, Dairy-Free and Vegan are all very common requests, that I cater for.

Q.     DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY?

Yes, I am very happy to  hand deliver, and I can Post Treat Boxes and Baking Boxes across the UK.

For Hand Delivery, give me your post code and I will advise you of the charge.

Q.     WHAT ELSE DO YOU OFFER OTHER THAN BIG CAKES?

No matter how big or small the Event, I can help

• • Wedding Cakes
  • Cupcakes
  • Luxury Treat Boxes e.g. Brownies, Blondies
  • Smaller sized Cakes  - if you only want to feed 4, no problem. I can create a large style cake, but in miniature
  • Kids/Teens Baking Boxes

Q.     GIFTS - WHAT SPECIAL GIFT CAN I SEND/GIVE TO MY  FRIEND/FAMILY MEMBER?

Treat Boxes start at £16.50 and can be posted, collected or hand delivered non contact.

Q.     HOW DO I STORE MY CAKE, AND HOW LONG WILL IT LAST?

• • Large Cakes - cover the cut edges in cling film and keep in the cake box in a cool dark place. The cake will keep for up to 5 days.
  • Cupcakes - will keep for two days if kept in the cupcake box, again in a cool dark place
  • Posh Victoria Sponge - this cake contains fresh cream and must be stored i the cake box, in the Fridge. It will keep for a maximum of two days
  • Brownies/Blondies - will keep for 5 days (if they have been posted, please allow for that too), keep them in the box they are delivered in, in a cool dark place. They are great heated for a few seconds in the microwave and served with ice cream , or custard too!
  • If you store your Cake in the Fridge, please allow it to come to room temperature before you consume it.
  • Fondant covered cakes, should not be stored in the Fridge.

Q.     CAN I FREEZE ANY LEFT OVER CAKE?

Yes cakes freeze well. Slice your cake into individual portions, wrap in cling and then foil, and place in a storage box in the freezer.

Please defrost the individual cake portions as you need them in the Fridge overnight. Once fully defrosted, unwrap and consume.

Cakes will keep for 1 month in the Freezer.

Q.     HOW DO I FIND OUT WHAT CLASSES YOU HAVE AVAILABLE

Q.     HOW DO I BOOK A SPACE ON A CLASS?

  • Once payment has been received via my webshop, I will send you the Class Joining Instructions, which will detail the location, parking arrangements and what to expect on the day 

Q.     DO YOU OFFER CAKE TASTINGS?

Yes - Cake tastings are available for all. I offer a choice of three flavours which you can collect, and taste in the comfort of your own home for £25.

Cake tastings are offered to all couples that book their Wedding Cake with me.

Q.     WHAT ARE MY PRICES?

Cupcakes, Blondies, Brownies, Kids Classes,  Baking Boxes and Seasonal Items can be ordered via my webshop. All of the prices are detailed there. Go to the top of this page and click the SHOP tab for details.

Bespoke Cakes are priced individually. Price depends on the number of slices you require, and the time taken to create the elements and your design. It is very individual. Prices start at £69 for a bespoke, artisan Cake. Get in touch via my contact form I will be happy to give you a price based on your requirements.
